in the rules are new; however, the Commission previously prepared a
PRA analysis when the rules were proposed. The Commission's revised
its estimated burden in the final rule for the Pilot Securities
Exchange List information collection based on the suggestion of a
commenter, as well as to reflect that there is one additional
respondent and that respondents are not required to update the
lists during the six-month pre-Pilot period.
