The collections of information in the rules are new; however, the Commission previously prepared a PRA analysis when the rules were proposed. The Commission's revised its estimated burden in the final rule for the Pilot Securities Exchange List information collection based on the suggestion of a commenter, as well as to reflect that there is one additional respondent and that respondents are not required to update the lists during the six-month pre-Pilot period.
