increase of +1 response resulting in an increase of +1 burden hour.
This increase to APHIS now accounting for the Importer/Stakeholder
Letter of Inquiry, which is a new requirement. There is an
adjustment increase of +8,904 respondents and +182,559 responses
resulting in an increase of +89,970 burdon hours. This increase is
due to an increase in trade resulting in more declarations.
