Principal Purpose: The information you provide will be combined with information collected from other visitors and stakeholders to help lake managers provide the public with quality outdoor recreation experiences.

Routine Use: The US Army Corps of Engineers will use the information you provide to improve the safety of lake visitors and the overall quality of outdoor recreation experiences.

Disclosure: Participation in this survey is voluntary and there are no penalties for refusing to provide any information which may affect the completeness and accuracy of the statistical results.
