T ITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: DoD Issuance Online Training Feedback

PURPOSE: The purpose of this collection is to learn more about action officer and support staff experience levels with the DoD issuance process and obtain input about topics they need they need more training on.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

DoD employees and contractors who work heavily with the issuance process either as action officers or focal points.

We have a database with current and former issuance focal points and action officers that we will use to build a recipient list. We will send out the survey to everyone on the list and analyze data based on the responses.
