Abstract: SSA uses information from Form SSA-7-F6 to determine whether the claimant meets the eligibility and application criteria. The respondents are applicants and recipients of Social Security Old Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance benefits. This is a non-substantive Change Request to include the new Preliminary Claims System screens.
