INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPORTING ALL-CARGO CARRIER ACTIVITY
1. Airport Name is the name of the airport at which the all-cargo activity took place. Code is
the location identifier to each airport by the FAA.
2. Carrier Name is the name of the carrier which performed the all-cargo revenue landings.
Code is the 2-4 alpha numeric code assigned to each carrier for use in this program.
3. Aircraft Code is a code developed for use in reporting data for funding cargo. A 3-digit numerical
code has been assigned to each aircraft model.
4. Aircraft Name and Model is the official name and model of the aircraft.
5. Number of Revenue Cargo Landings is the total number of revenue landings by each aircraft
model in all-cargo activity.
6. Aircraft Gross Landed Weight is the certified maximum gross landed weight (in pounds) of
the aircraft type as specified by the aircraft manufacturer without regard to its cargo carrying
capacity, fuel supply, and/or actual payload.
7. A Signature and date is required by the Airport Representative who is duly authorized to certify
and attest to the validity and accuracy of the reported information.
Exclusions:
1. Aircraft that are engaged in transportation of both revenue passengers and cargo are excluded
from the all-cargo category.
2. Aircraft that have permanently installed passenger facilities for scheduled and nonscheduled
passenger flights are excluded from the all-cargo category.
3. Aircraft that are engaged in non-revenue operations (i.e., training or re-positioning of aircraft).
