There are no program changes associated with this submission. The Department has updated its burden estimates to reflect more current labor costs rates and postage rates. A minor revision to the Departmentâs methodology for estimating labor costs produced a small reduction in estimated labor costs compared with the last submission. Additionally, the Department updated its estimates to reflect the most current data available on the number of multiemployer pension plans. The net effect of all of these updated data inputs is a 6,202 decrease in the number of responses, a 621 hour decrease in the hour burden, and a $15,185 decrease in the cost burden relative to the prior submission.
