There are no program changes
associated with this submission. The Department has updated its
burden estimates to reflect more current labor costs rates and
postage rates. A minor revision to the Department’s methodology for
estimating labor costs produced a small reduction in estimated
labor costs compared with the last submission. Additionally, the
Department updated its estimates to reflect the most current data
available on the number of multiemployer pension plans. The net
effect of all of these updated data inputs is a 6,202 decrease in
the number of responses, a 621 hour decrease in the hour burden,
and a $15,185 decrease in the cost burden relative to the prior
submission.
