The AIDAR is USAID's supplement to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). AIDAR information collection elements are for prudent management and administration of public funds under USAID contracts, to provide services to small businesses, benefits to contractor employees, or to determine contractor responsibility. This submission updates the AID Form 1420-17 to remove the salary history requirements from Questions #14 & 15. All other ICs and the burden hour calculations remain the same.
