Abstract: The public respondents are those who provide voluntary information to Safety Investigators after a safety event occurs to include, but not limited to, US Navy (USN) and US Marine Corps (USMC) Active Duty members, Government Civilians, DOD contractors, and members of the public. Respondents are requested to answer questions and/or provide statements under promise of confidentiality, and protection of personal privacy and health information.
