the following for each individual request 1) Unless the agency is
using multiple modes of collection (e.g. paper and electronic
submissions), provide a generic clearance template for each
submission; 2) each submission template must be uploaded as a
supplementary document using a naming convention that allows the

This new request will enable the
General Services Administration to act in accordance with OMB
Circular A-11 Section 280, to ultimately transform the experience
of Federal customers by gathering customer feedback to support
Federal entities to improve both efficiency and mission delivery,
and increase accountability by communicating about these efforts
with the public.
