The reporting and recordkeeping
burdens covered by this information collection request (ICR)
include requirements that involve the certification of SFMNP
participants; nutrition education that is provided to participants;
the authorization, training, and monitoring of farmers, farmers’
markets, roadside stands (authorized outlets); and financial and
coupon reconciliation management systems.
This is a revision of a
currently approved information collection. This information
collection is currently approved with 427,280 burden hours and
2,408,659 responses. With this revision, FNS is requesting 449,090
burden hours and 2,549,454 total annual responses. There is an
overall increase of 21,810 burden hours and an increase of 140,795
total annual responses due to a program adjustment that is expected
with an increase in the fluctuation of the number of State agencies
and participants that participate in the program.

with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
