There is a 1,469,971 hours decrease in the annual hour burden. This is a result of the calculation of the five-year average for the population of the respondents subject to public charge adjudication required under the Public Charge rulemaking, which was partially offset by an increase in the time burden for the I-485 and Supplement A. There is a $66,794,448 annual cost burden decrease. The decrease in cost burden is due to the decrease in the calculations for estimated number of respondents that resulting in program changes based on the Public Charge rulemaking.
