Abstract: The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") is seeking renewal of the clearance for its enforcement of the information collection requirements in its Affiliate Marketing Rule, which applies to certain motor vehicle dealers, and its shared enforcement with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ("CFPB") of the provisions (subpart C) of the CFPB's Regulation V regarding other entities.

Short Statement: There are no program changes associated with this renewal. FTC staff has revised its estimate of burden hours based on estimates of the number of motor vehicle dealers subject to the Rule. In addition, staff has revised its estimate of burden associated with its shared enforcement of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Fair Credit Reporting Act (Regulation V), Subpart C, 12 CFR 1022.21.
