eligibility of nominators and candidates; and to select nominated
individuals for participation in JCOC.

There has been no change in
overall burden; however now the three collection instruments are
listed separately (three information collections), whereas under
the previous approval, the instruments had all been listed under
the same collection. The three instruments have different burden
levels, so it was determined appropriate to have them listed
separately.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
