Abstract: This is a non-substantive change request to modify the Wheat Objective Yield Form A. Due to the COVID-19 virus, the Form A which is normally conducted in a face to face interview with the farmer, will now be conducted by telephone. Some minor wording changes needed to be made to the questionnaire to facilitate this change.
