The purpose of BD-STEPS is to evaluate
factors associated with the occurrence of birth defects and
stillbirths and ultimately to work to prevent major birth defects
and stillbirths associated with maternal risk factors. Subjects
will be asked whether they were told by a healthcare provider that
they had coronavirus or COVID-19. This change is being made to
capture information on these infections in our study population of
women who were pregnant during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.
