race, national origin, sex and disability status of applicants for
employment.

Based on EEOC's recent
experience with this questionnaire, we expect that 5042 applicants
will choose to complete the form for vacancies at EEOC annually.
This adjustment to EEOC's estimated number of respondents resulted
in a slight decrease in annual burden. EEOC has not revised its
estimate of the time needed per applicant to complete the
form.
