Abstract: This request is for approval of a bi-annual report requirement for SBIR/STTR Phase II grantees intended to monitor project progresses, and outcomes, as well as to ensure compliance requirements are met for NSF investments in the two Congressionally-mandated innovation programs: Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program and the Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) program.
