to become authorized for Rural Digital Opportunity Fun support. The
FCC Form 683 will be used by entities to become authorized to
receive Rural Digital Opportunity Fund support.

The Commission is reporting an
adjustment to this collection because CAF Phase II auction winning
bidders have been announced. As a result of this adjustment, the
total respondents decreased from 400 total respondents to 130
(-270), the total annual responses decreased from 800 responses to
260 (-540), and the total annual burden hours decreased from 5,600
to 1,820 (-3,780). The Commission is also reporting a program
change to this collection due to the implementation of the Rural
Digital Opportunity Fund auction. As a result of this program
change, the total respondents increased from 130 to 530 (+400), the
total annual responses increased from 260 responses to 1,060
(+800), and the total annual burden hours increased from 1,820 to
7,420 (+5,600).
