The current OMB inventory for this collection includes 77,937 burden hours. In this submission, we are requesting a total of 77,945 burden hours. This represents a program increase of 8 burden hours. The program increase is due to changing/adding regulations through this proposed rule, Oil and Gas and Sulfur Operations on the Outer Continental ShelfâRevisions to the Requirements for Exploratory Drilling on the Arctic Outer Continental Shelf, 1082-AA01. This rule proposes to amend regulations at § 250.470(h) (+ 6 burden hours) and §§ 250.471(a) & 250.472(b) (+ 2 burden hours).
The current OMB non-hour cost burden is $4,400,470. We are not requesting any changes to the non-hour costs associated with this collection.
