This is a request to identify this Generic Information Collection (Gen IC), 1845-0159, Federal Student Aid User Experience Design Research Generic Clearance, as a 5 day Fast Track Generic
Clearance. Federal Student Aid (FSA) requested this fast track be set up like the Department's 1880-0542 fast track where Gen ICs are automatically approved in 5 days. FSA will continue to
collect, analyze, and interpret information gathered through this generic clearance to identify strengths and weaknesses of current service delivery and make improvements based on feedback.
The insights collected from FSA customers and stakeholders will help ensure that users have a consistent, efficient, and satisfying experience with FSA’s programs.
