Abstract: This is a request for an extension of the approval of the Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) Enrollment forms. These forms allow various Department program partners to apply to participate with the Department in electronically transmitting and receiving data regarding federal student aid programs. These documents are updated annually. This request includes up-dates to award year dates, language clarifications and updated disclosures. No new information is being requested.

Short Statement: This is a request for changes for the 2021-2022 SAIG Enrollment forms includes annual rollover/start-up cycle year updates, formating and language clarifications, and updated responsibilities of the organization's President/CEO or Designee. There was an increase in the number of total enrollment responses due to new organizations being eligible to enroll in the Student Aid Internet Gateway. There was an increase in the number of total enrollment responses by 5, 888 due to new organizations being eligible to enroll in SAIG, which resulted in an increase of the total number of burden hours of 832.
