Other Changes: The specific changes to the Form 3114 are the following:

1. In part C, the title changed to “Dairy/Egg Production Information” and the title of item 6 changed to read “Commodity/Unit of Measure”

2. In part F, the following changes have been made:

   1. The title changed to read “Aquaculture & Nursery/Floriculture Information.

   2. The titles of items 26A and 28A changed to read “Volume of Inventory Sold (Jan 15, 2020 – April 15, 2020). Item 28A is for COC USE Only.

   3. The titles of items 26B and 28B have changed to read “Value of Inventory Shipped that Spoiled or Went Unpaid (as of April 15, 2020)”. Item 28B is for COC Use Only.

   4. The titles of items 27A and 29A have changed to read “Volume of Available Inventory (See instructions)”. Item 29A is for COC Use Only.

   5. The titles of items 27B and 29B have changed to read “Value of Inventory Not Sold (As of April 15, 2020). Item 29B is for COC Use Only.
