The information collected on this form
will be used by USCIS to determine eligibility for the requested
immigration benefits under section 203(b)(1), 203(b)(2), or
203(b)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
There is an increase in the
estimate annual hour burden due to the addition of biometrics
processing as proposed in the Biometrics NPRM. There are no other
program changes. There is no change in the annual cost burden due
to the proposed changes in the Biometrics NPRM.
