The information collected on this form
is used by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to
determine whether the applicant is eligible for a discretionary
relief under former section 212(c) of the Immigration and
Nationality Act.
USCIS is reporting this ICR as
a revision action. Under the Biometrics Rule, respondents to Form
I-191 will be required to attend a biometric services appointment
and to pay the $85 biometric services fee.
