The increase in the annual time
burden is due to the increase in the number of respondents that
resulted from adding biometrics processing respondents due to the
proposed changes in the Biometrics NPRM. There is no change in the
annual cost burden that resulted from the proposed changes in the
Biometrics NPRM.
