The Workforce Innovation and
Opportunity Act requires states to report on performance in core
programs such as the Wagner-Peyser Act programs, the Adult,
Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs, Adult Education and Family
Literacy Act programs, and the Vocational Rehabilitation Act
programs. This ICR contains the data to be collected for the
measure states are to use to report on performance.

The increase in cost burden is
the result of a miscalculation of the burden requested for the ICR
Revision in 2018. Please see the "Note to Reviewer" in the
Supporting Statement for more information.
The Department of Education actively
participated in the development of this ICR, and is a signatory to
the “WIOA Common Performance Reporting” information collection,
which details the requirements for WIOA Statewide performance
reporting.
