There was an increase in the
number of respondents from 3 in the previous collection to 9
respondents for this collection. The increase in the number of
respondents also increased the total annual responses of 53 from
the previous collection to 149. There was also an unexpected number
of applicants than originally anticipated which resulted in an
increased number of applications received. The increased number of
applications necessitated additional awards, resulting in the
increased number of burden hours in this collection from 242 burden
hours from the previous collection to 647 burden hours.
