Short Statement: This is the first independent package for the TAC-RWTS program. The previous paperwork burden packet submitted was for the Technical Assistance Programs, 7 CFR 1775, which included the TAT, SWM, and TAC-RWTS programs. There was a decrease in burden of 52 responses and 224 hours.
