Short Statement: This is a revision to the collection to add the Egg Products Export Certificate of Wholesomeness (FSIS Form 9060-5EP). The burden estimate has increased from 6,242 to 6,294 respondents, 643,008 to 644,048 responses, and 115,117 to 115,550 total burden hours as a result of the addition of this form.
