Abstract: This Information collection request supports the deployment of the first "National Agriculture and Food Defense Strategy (NAFDS) Survey.” The survey is administered in conjunction with other components in the Department of Health and Human Services, along with the Department of Agriculture, and in coordination with the Department of Homeland Security. The survey is intended to monitor progress in efforts toward achieving specific food and agriculture defense goals. Survey results will be reported to Congress.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
