Application for benefits (loan) used
to determine eligibility and credit worthiness of small businesses
or not for profit organization who seek Federal assistance in a
declared disaster. Respondents are disaster victims seeking
disaster assistance.
Burden and cost information
both increased with this submission as compared to the last
submission due to an increase in the number of applications
received. In addition, the methodology for calculation was adjusted
(adding fringe benefits, reducing overhead for printing,
etc.).

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
