Abstract: This information collection is necessary to support the Military One Source Case Management System, which was established for the purpose of providing comprehensive information to members of the Armed Forces and their families about the benefits and services available to them. Respondents are military service members and their families accessing Military OneSource for support for an inquiry or issue.
