Routine Customer Feedback” (OMB Control Number: 3133-0188)
TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: OMWI Webinar Feedback
PURPOSE: The Office of Minority and Women Inclusion (OMWI) conducts outreach events
such as webinars to provide support and learning opportunities for the credit union industry.
Feedback is collected via a feedback survey provided to participants of a webinar. Though the
webinar topics may differ, the same type of information will be collected from each webinar
participant.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS: The target respondents are individuals who participate
in the webinar. Most of the participants will be credit union employees and volunteers.
