The information collection is
necessary for the Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation to
evaluate grant proposals for its Military Installation
Sustainability Program, including the Compatible Use and Resilience
programs of assistance. The grant proposals are completed in
accordance with Federal Funding Opportunity Announcements posted in
the Federal Register. Eligible respondents include States, United
States Territories, counties, municipalities, other political
subdivisions of a state, special purpose units and other
instrumentalities of a state or local government, and tribal
nations supporting a military installation or the defense
industrial base.
