Short Statement: This is a reinstatement of a previous approved collection. The requested collection hours for the Urban County Qualification/Requalification process reflects the same number of hours estimated to be required to comply with program guidelines. However, the overall estimates have increased because of an increase in the number of new urban counties. There are now 192 qualified counties rather than 186 counties
