The UC/New York Towns qualification/requalification process obtains information yearly to establish the participating population used to calculate the final grant CDBG allocations for all CDBG grantees for the next fiscal year.
This is a reinstatement of the previously approved collection hours for the Urban County Qualification/Requalification process reflects the same number of hours estimated to be required to comply with program guidelines. However, the overall estimates have increased because of an increase in the number of new urban counties. There are now 195 qualified counties rather than 192 counties
