This collection is necessary to
provide incident and case management data on problematic sexual
behavior between children and youth as required by the John S.
McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019
(Public Law 115-232), Section 1089, Policy on Response to Juvenile
on Juvenile Problematic Sexual Behavior Committed on Military
Installations.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
