Request for Nonsubstantive Change

APHIS conducted a review of VS Form 1-64 and requests approval for the following nonsubstantive change.
Under the sections Device Applicant Information and Manufacturing Plant Information, change “Nonproducer Participant Number (NPN)” to “Premises Identification Number (PIN)”.
This change will eliminate confusion because NPNs are the same as PINs. The change does not affect response time or burden.
