The total burden hours increased by 3,852 because the respondents will require to provide an additional documentation for the form FSA-940, SMHP application that changed the average times from 30 minutes to 40 minutes. All applicants must provide supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of information provided on the form FSA-940 application, including to substantiate the number of hogs reported on the application that were sold through a spot market sale and how the price was determined for the sale.
