TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: DoD Issuance Online Training Feedback

PURPOSE: The purpose of this collection is to gain feedback on the Issuance Training and obtain input about topics that issuance action officers and support staff would like more training on.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

DoD employees and contractors who work heavily with the issuance process either as action officers or focal points.

We have a database with current issuance action officers and support staff that we will use to build a recipient list for the trainings. We will then make a list of which recipients participate in the trainings and then send out the survey to everyone on the list and analyze data based on the responses.
