Short Statement: The estimated annual burden hours associated with Form N 4 has increased from 292,487 hours to 298,757 hours (an increase of 6,270 hours). In addition, the external cost burden associated with Form N 4 has increased from $33,348,866 to $33,556,194 (an increase of $207,328). The changes in annual burden hours and external cost burden are due to our proposed amendments to Form N 4 requiring a description of any significant fund cybersecurity incident that has occurred in the fund’s last two fiscal years.
