There is an increase in the estimated annual hour burden to respondents and an increase in the estimated annual hour burden to respondents for this collection of information as a result of the increase in the estimated number of respondents. Clarifying and formatting edits were made to the Form G-639 or the Online FOIA Request information collection questions and instructions. The G-639 form and instructions were redesigned into one document to align questions with instructions streamlining accessing information. Some questions were removed, while others were added resulting in a net zero time burden increase.
