Changes in burden for Form N-PORT would result from the proposed amendments to that form. The proposed amendments would to add a new reporting item regarding the 80% investment policy that a fund would adopt in compliance with rule 35d-1 under the Investment Company Act of 1940 [17 CFR 270.35d-1]. There would also be a proposed new Form N-PORT reporting item requiring a fund subject to the 80% investment policy requirement to indicate, with respect to each portfolio investment, whether the investment is included in the fund’s calculation of assets in the fund’s 80% basket.
