This information collection is an
element of a proposed rule that implements USAID requirements for
managing digital information data as a strategic asset to inform
the planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of
the Agency’s foreign assistance programs. The rule is intended to
streamline and standardize certain contract requirements, increase
efficiency, and improve the use of data and other forms of digital
information across the Agency’s programs and operations. The
information collected will facilitate the Agency’s ability to
collaborate, learn, and adapt while building a solid foundation for
evidence based decision making.
