This information collection is an element of a proposed rule that implements USAID requirements for managing digital information data as a strategic asset to inform the planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Agencyâs foreign assistance programs. The rule is intended to streamline and standardize certain contract requirements, increase efficiency, and improve the use of data and other forms of digital information across the Agencyâs programs and operations. The information collected will facilitate the Agencyâs ability to collaborate, learn, and adapt while building a solid foundation for evidence based decision making.
