USCIS is making two additional I-765 eligibility categories available for online filing:
⢠(c)(8) â Pending Asylum and Withholding of Removal Applicants and Applicants for Pending Asylum under the ABC Settlement Agreement; and
⢠(c)(11) â Parole
There is a decrease in the estimated annual hour burden to respondents for this collection of information. USCIS estimates that filing Form I-765 online takes less time than filing using the paper form. Therefore, the availability of additional I-765 eligibility categories for online filing reduces the annual hour burden for this collection of information.
There are no changes to the estimated annual cost burden to respondents for this collection of information.
