Short Statement: The estimated hourly burden associated with Form N 2 has increased from 94,644 hours to 100,904 hours (an increase of 6,260 hours). In addition, the cost burden associated with Form N 2 has increased from $6,281,017 to $6,902,009 (an increase of $620,992). The changes in burden hours and external cost burdens reflect the estimates of the time burden and external costs that would result from our proposed amendments to that would add disclosure requirements to Form N-2. Based on these updated estimates, as well as an updated estimate of 313 responses on Form N-2 per year, we estimate that the hours per response would increase from 317 hours to approximately 322 hours.
