Abstract: As part of CFM's focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement, CFM leadership established the Stakeholder Feedback Program to solicit input from affected stakeholders, identify challenges, and implement improvements to enhance CFM's service delivery. The Stakeholder Feedback Program’s vision is to improve overall project quality and delivery using near real-time stakeholder feedback.

The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
