The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) proposes an extension to the reporting requirements related to the Consumer Education Website (at Section 45 CFR 98.43 of the Final Rule) to help create transparency and efficiency around the State/Territory interstate background check processes. OCC will use this information provided as a result to help ensure compliance with existing background check requirements in the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) Act and Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Final Rule.
The existing Reporting of Serious Injuries and Death reporting requirement (at Section 45 CFR 98.42 of the Final Rule) will not be modified.
These collections do not involve Federal forms.
