Please share how you perceive your preparedness for board membership now that orientation is
complete. We appreciate your reflections and feedback on the following: orientation experience,
time required to navigate materials and meetings, ease of access to materials, and clarity of
communication by the Support Team. Completion is expected to take about 10 minutes. Your
